Handicrafts
Crafts have always been central to monastic life, they feed the monastery, preserve cultural heritage, and help monks maintain a prayerful spirit even while working.
Icon painting
The main craft of Kirikla Monastery is icon painting. Icons can be ordered from the monks according to your wishes. Finished icons can be picked up at Kirikla or ordered by mail, including abroad.
Making Incense
Our goal is to start producing monastic incense to serve the Orthodox Christians in the Nordic countries. More information will be published here after production begins.
Candle Workshop
Our goal is to start producing candles to meet the needs of the Estonian Orthodox Church. Additional information will be published here after production begins.
Donations
Since the monks renounce their possessions and dedicate their entire lives to serving God, donations are essential to cover the monastery's daily needs. The Kirikla Monastery also has major construction projects ahead. We are grateful for every donation, large or small.
